You all know me anyway, but in case you don’t: I like to eat food, cook food, read about food, and sometimes I even end up writing about food. I don’t do that last part so often for two contradicting reasons:

a) I am lazier than a well-fed cat.

b) I like to put a lot of work into things… many things.. all at the same time.

Contradictions will be a common theme on this site. For example, sometimes you will see beautifully written passages, that are filled with an obnoxious amount of spelling mistakes… This might be a good time to introduce you to my writing associate and chief editor: dylexia.

Despite the above, I hope you enjoy my content and learn new things from it. I am also very happy to learn from you, so if there is anything I got wrong in my recipes or in my research, please feel free to get in touch.
